LoadPilot shut down on March 25, 2026, and its customers were moved onto AscendTMS, which charges by the user. QRC Dispatch is a broker TMS at $99 a month for the whole brokerage. Unlimited users. No setup fee.
What happened
February 20, 2026: InMotion Global, the company behind AscendTMS, acquired LoadPilot.
March 25, 2026: LoadPilot shut down. Accounts were disabled and stored data deleted after that date.
LoadPilot customers were offered AscendTMS Pro free for 30 days. AscendTMS's published rates are Basic $69, Premium $119, Pro $149 per user per month.
On a per-user plan, your software bill grows with your headcount.

What to expect
There's no LoadPilot-specific migration. There is an importer: if you exported your customers and carriers from LoadPilot before March 25, upload the file and they're in. It brings over contacts, not load history. Loads start fresh in QRC.
How switching works
Open the demo. It's a working sandbox, no account needed.
Start a trial. Free for 30 days. A card is required to start. Your first charge is 30 days after you start. The trial is for first-time subscribers. If you cancel and come back later, billing starts right away.
Add your customers and carriers. Import your customers and carriers from a CSV or Excel file, or add them by hand.
Run your first load.

Contacts, yes. If you exported them before March 25, 2026, QRC's importer takes customers, carriers and shippers from a CSV or Excel file. Load history doesn't import, and LoadPilot deleted stored data after the shutdown, so anything not exported is gone.
Yes, for QRC: $99 a month per brokerage, however many people log in. No setup fee, no per-user charge. Your QuickBooks Online subscription, if you use the sync, is separate.
Month to month. Cancel any time from Manage Subscription (account owner). You keep full access through the end of the period you have paid for.
